Heat transfer printing is used by pressing a lettering, number or logo (usually in one color) onto the product to be personalized with the hot press at 150 ° C. The thermo-adhesive film, which is wound up in rolls of 25 meters each, is first plotted by our plotters, processed and then pressed onto the fabric. With this printing technique, adjustments can be made to all colors, including metallic tones. Legea Swiss processes an average of around 8,000 meters of single-colour thermal adhesive rolls every year

DIGITAL HOT PRINTING
Digital hot printing is used by pressing a logo, sponsor, font or number onto the product to be personalized with the hot press at 150 ° C without color restrictions. The white thermoadhesive film, wound on rolls of 25 meters each, is first printed in CMYK with the ink cartridges of our plotters, processed and finally pressed onto the fabric. With this printing technique, it is possible to create adjustments for all colors, including personalized shades. Legea Swiss processes an average of around 3,500 meters of transfer rolls every year

DIRECT PRINTING ON FABRIC
Direct printing on fabric is used on cotton garments, where the color in CMYK is transferred directly to fabric through printing nozzles. This printing technique makes it possible to integrate the color of the selected customization directly into the textures of the product without touching it. With this printing technique, it is possible to create adjustments for all colors, including personalized shades. Legea Swiss prints an average of 13,000 garments every year using direct-to-fabric technology

EMBROIDERY ON FABRIC
Embroidery on fabric is the most valuable and sustainable personalization on the market. This technique involves embroidering a logo, lettering, sponsor or number with our 16-needle embroidery machine using needles and thread. The file to be adapted is first converted into the machine language and the embroiderer executes the working stitches automatically and autonomously. You can use this technique to create adjustments for all colors, including metallic tones. Legea Swiss makes an average of 3,000,000 stitches every year.
