Heat transfer printing is used by pressing a lettering, number or logo (usually in one color) onto the product to be personalized with the hot press at 150 \u00b0 C. The thermo-adhesive film, which is wound up in rolls of 25 meters each, is first plotted by our plotters, processed and then pressed onto the fabric. With this printing technique, adjustments can be made to all colors, including metallic tones. Direct printing on fabric is used on cotton garments, where the color in CMYK is transferred directly to fabric through printing nozzles. This technique involves embroidering a logo, lettering, sponsor or number with our 16-needle embroidery machine using needles and thread. The file to be adapted is first converted into the machine language and the embroiderer executes the working stitches automatically and autonomously. You can use this technique to create adjustments for all colors, including metallic tones.
