Heat transfer printing is used by pressing a lettering, number or logo (usually in one color) onto the product to be personalized with the hot press at 150 ° C. With this printing technique, adjustments of all colors can be made, as well as the metallic tones. Digital hot printing is used by pressing a logo, sponsor, font or number without color restrictions on the product to be personalized with the hot press at 150 ° C. The white thermally adhesive film, wound on rolls of 25 meters in length, is first printed in CMYK with the color cartridges of our plotters, processed and finally pressed onto the fabric. With this printing technique it is possible to make adjustments for all colors, even for personalized shades. Legea Swiss processes an average of around 3,500 meters of transfer rolls every year
Direct printing on fabric is used on cotton garments, with the color in CMYK being transferred directly to fabric through print nozzles. This printing technique makes it possible to incorporate the color of the chosen customization directly into the textures of the product without touching it. With this printing technique it is possible to make adjustments for all colors, even for personalized shades. Embroidery on fabric is the most valuable and sustainable personalization on the market. With this technique, a logo, a font, a sponsor or a number is embroidered with our 16-needle embroidery machine with needles and thread. The file to be adjusted is first converted into the machine language and the sticker automatically and autonomously executes the work stitches. This technique allows you to make adjustments for all colors, including metallic tones. Legea Swiss makes an average of 3,000,000 stitches every year.
